Student employees* who received wages during 2018 are now able to pick up their 2018 W-2 form in the Human Resource Office (University Hall, Room 003). You will need to come in person and bring a photo ID. Paper W-2 forms will be available for pick up beginning Mon., Jan. 21, 2019 through Fri., Jan. 25, 2019. All remaining W-2 forms will be mailed through USPS to the home address recorded in the ADP Portal.
In addition to the paper forms, employees are able to access the electronic W-2 form immediately in the ADP Portal. It is found under the following menu path: MYSELF > PAY > ANNUAL STATEMENTS.
