Nov. 9 – Free Late Night Yoga

Oh-Weekends and Active Minds are teaming up to host FREE Late Night Yoga in Milligan Hub from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. The first hour will be “Unreck your Tech Neck” and will include learning ways to be comfortable sitting and computing for long hours. The second hour will be basic yoga for all levels .

All are welcome to attend one or both sessions. No prior yoga experience required. Mats (limited supply) and healthy snacks will be provided. Come join for a relaxing evening of fun!
