Nov. 9 – Celebration of Life for Dr. Sally Livingston

On behalf of Dr. Sally Livingston’s friends and colleagues in the Department of Comparative Literature, please join us, along with Sally’s beloved sister, Mimi Ginsberg, for a celebration of Sally and her remarkable life in the Benes Rooms of Ham-Wil on Nov. 9 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In addition to paying our respects to Mimi, we will have remarks beginning at 4:30 p.m. We also will have a guestbook available for everyone to sign and, if desired, to share short messages with Mimi and all of Sally’s family.

We were so blessed to have Sally as a member of the Comparative Literature Department and of the OWU family for seven years. To honor her legacy and her enduring impact on our campus, Sally’s family is seeking to create the Sally Livingston Scholarship Fund at Ohio Wesleyan University. Anyone wishing to contribute is invited to send donations earmarked for the new fund to Mowry Alumni Center.

Please join as we remember a woman who embraced life without fear and who lifted up all who were fortunate enough to know her.
