Did you enjoy the Drag Night from the first week of classes? Good news! SAGE is hosting a STUDENT-LED DRAG NIGHT for the second year in a row!
This is a 2-night event. If you can’t make it to both, that is OK; come to what you can.
Oct. 23 – we will have a “Get Ready With Me,” where students can explore the beauty drag makeup and learn more about picking the perfect songs and moves for performance, with guidance from an award-winning drag queen. Some makeup will be provided, but please bring your own brush.
Oct. 24 – performance night. Bring with you the energy and knowledge from the night before and dance to your heart’s content. Students have the opportunity to perform songs of their choice in a safe space where queer culture is celebrated.
Join us to embrace and celebrate the beauty of drag performance and the LGBTQ+ community!
Students will be encouraged to donate to our local LGBTQ+ charities. Those who donate at the event will receive “SAGE bucks” to “tip” the performers!
