We are bringing back the Teaching Circle! For those who are newer to OWU, these are lunch gatherings to share ideas, strategies, or challenges and connect with colleagues. You do not need to sign up–just come if you are able. But if you would be interested in particular topics, please fill out this Teaching Circle form, and I will try to find a faculty member willing to help facilitate peer conversation on that topic.

- Topics for Oct. 1: Big idea topic: Alternative grading practices. Small, immediate idea topic: strategies to get students to read/prepare without creating huge grading piles. Persistent topic: One great learning moment that happened in the last 4 weeks.
