Sept. 24 from 6:30-8 p.m. Ross Museum Workshop: Paper <>Print <> Image <> World: Exploring Nicholas Hill’s Pandemic Portraits with Terry Hermsen
This workshop will invite participants to engage with and reflect upon the portraits that Nicholas Hill, from Otterbein University, created on newspaper pages during the pandemic years.
Terry Hermsen, poet and art educator who also taught at Otterbein, will offer a range of interactive exercises designed to help us “read below the print” and spark our own interpretations, guiding us to explore the interaction of words and images, politics and personhood, art and our times.
