Self-Service Add/Drop: ‘Your advisor authorization is needed to register’

Are you a first-semester student seeing the “Your advisor authorization is needed to register” alert when trying to adjust your schedule on Self-Service?

Start by connecting with your Faculty Advisor to review your schedule changes. Once they authorize you to register in Self-Service, the alert will disappear, and you can add or drop courses.
