All Faculty & Staff are invited to help us kick off the new academic year by walking in the processional, sitting together, and forming the First Lap tunnel to welcome our incoming students!
Use this form to let us know if you are participating and help us be prepared. Last-minute add-ons are certainly welcome! No need to register if you are only able to participate in the First Lap tunnel on the Slocum walkway and the JAY.

Immediately Following: First Lap, estimated end: 5 p.m.

We need volunteers to help make the event run smoothly (a follow-up email will be sent to sign-ups):
- Set-up (no lifting): 2-3:30 p.m. (6 people)
- Ushering: 3:30-5 p.m. (5 people)
- Clean-up (no lifting): 5-5:30 p.m. (6 people)
