Crews will begin interior demolition work on April 13, creating a clean canvas for the new John F. Milligan Library. Please respect the boundaries of the construction fencing as work progresses.
The interior demolition work should last for about eight weeks. It will be followed by external work to prepare for the library additions. During this time, you’ll see some large construction equipment on campus, and a job trailer (construction headquarters) will be set up for the duration of the project.
Near the end of April, crews will set up a temporary chiller to cool Chappelear Drama Center and Hamilton-Williams Campus Center until a new, permanent chiller is installed.
