The timely submission of midterm grades is critical for student success, retention, and academic planning. Prompt reporting allows the Office of the Registrar to accurately update student records, enables Faculty Advisors to guide students effectively during registration periods, and triggers important mid-semester
Midsemester grades are due by 4:30 p.m. EDT on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Q. How do I submit mid-semester grades?

Log in to OWU Self-Service.

Hover over the Classes tab at the top and select Course Management from the dropdown menu.

Select the course section you wish to grade.

Click Overall Grades on the left.

Midsemester grade options are P (Passing: C- or higher) or U (Unsatisfactory: D+ or lower).

For each student, assign a grade from the drop-down list in the Submitted midterm grade column. (The Tab key is helpful for quickly moving between fields.)

Click the Save button at any point to save your progress.

Once you have finished entering and confirming accuracy, you must click the Submit Midterm button to finalize your submission.
