Were you assigned one or more Temporary Incompletes for your Fall 2025 courses? If so, here is important information you need to know:
- You must submit all outstanding work for these course(s) to your instructor(s) by Jan. 30, 2026 (unless you have petitioned for and received a further extension from the Academic Status Committee).
- You and your instructor should have a clear plan for completing the remaining coursework. If you do not, contact the course professor for guidance as soon as possible.
- After you submit your remaining coursework, your instructor(s) must submit your updated final grade(s) by Feb. 13, 2026.
- If your Temporary Incomplete(s) are not resolved by Feb. 13, 2026, the grade(s) will automatically convert to an “F” unless a formal extension petition has been approved by the Academic Status Committee (ASC).
