Ready to make a lasting impact on over 600 gifted campers? Join OWL Camp as a Family Group Leader (formerly counselor) and help shape unforgettable summer experiences for students in grades 5-8. Many leaders are former OWL campers—now it’s your turn to lead!
- Apply online starting Nov. 1, 2025 (Family Group Leader Application)
- Held at Ohio Wesleyan University
- Choose Overnight Camp (3 weeks), Day Camp (2 weeks), or both!
Overnight Camp Leaders
- Must have completed freshman year of college by June 2026
- Available June 4-25, 2026
- Eligible to work both Overnight & Day Camp
Day Camp Leaders
- Must be at least 16 years old before June 29, 2026
- Available June 29-July 09, 2026
Incentives & Benefits
- Pay is provided for all Family Group Leaders
- Housing included for all camp dates, including weekends & training
- Meals provided during overnight sessions
- Gain hands-on leadership, mentoring, & teaching experience in a dynamic, supportive community
- First round of interviews held in late December (virtual or in person)
