The OWU Employee Wellness Fair is designed to provide you with valuable resources, information, and opportunities to enhance your physical and mental well-being.

- FitOWU: Learn from our student experts about healthy exercise routines tailored to your needs.
- OWU Nutrition: Nutrition Information, and a healthy recipe sample.
- NAMI – Mental Health Support: Explore mental health resources, stress management techniques, and counseling services available to you from our local NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) Mid-Ohio.
- Local Vendors: Connect with local vendors offering products and services to support your overall wellness.
- Chair Massage: Enjoy a FREE 5-minute chair massage
- Upcycle – Learn more about this on-campus program and donate items
