The Art and the Environment Talk series continues on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 6:30 p.m. with John Ganis: America’s Endangered Coasts. An OWU Alum, John Ganis, is a photographer focusing on the Atlantic and Gulf Coast of the United States, that are threatened by rising sea levels. Ganis’s photographic book America’s Endangered Coasts pairs detailed color photographs with latitude and longitude data as well as elevation, highlighting the vulnerability of overdevelopment of low-lying coastal areas.
