Final grades for first module courses are due by 4:30 p.m. EDT on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025. Timely submission of final grades is critical for student success, retention, and academic planning. Prompt reporting allows the Office of the Registrar to accurately update student records, enables faculty advisors to guide students effectively for spring registration, and triggers important mid-semester interventions for students who need academic support.
Q. How do I submit final grades for my first module courses?
- Log into OWU Self-Service.
- Hover over the Classes tab at the top and select Course Management from the dropdown menu.
- Select the course section you wish to grade (ensure it is the First Module section).
- Click Overall Grades on the left.
- For each student, assign a final letter grade from the drop-down list in the Submitted final grade column. (You may find it helpful to use the Tab key to move from field to field.)
- Click the Save button at any point to save your progress.
- Once all grades are entered and confirmed, you must click the button to officially submit your grades. (Grades are not official until you click this button).
