Hi! My name is Demi Eberhard, and I am a Junior. I am looking for a few people to help me with daily living activities, as I am in a wheelchair.
These positions pay up to $22.90/hour. Since I need coverage 24/7, a shift can be any time of day for as few or as many hours as you’d like. We’d work together to find weekly times that work for both of us.
Some requirements include being able to manage time effectively, having the strength to assist me in and out of my chair (for overnight shifts), and being comfortable with personal care assistance.
The kinds of tasks that I will need help with are: eating meals, performing morning/nighttime routines (brushing teeth, washing my face, etc), showering, and help with personal care throughout the day.
Right now, I am especially in need of one or two aids who could work overnight.
Lastly, because the money used to pay my aides comes from the state of Ohio, I unfortunately am not allowed to hire non-U.S. citizens who don’t have work visas.
