As you schedule events open to the general public, please share details for Ohio Wesleyan’s online events calendar and monthly media release.
Monthly public events calendars typically are posted online and emailed to news media, community groups, and local schools on (approx.) the 15th of each preceding month. To allow time for processing information, please share January event information by day’s end Dec. 2, 2025.

High-res photos of lecturers and performers are helpful, too, to help draw more attention to your event.
Please note: We realize many events aren’t scheduled until it’s too late to include them in our monthly event calendars — and we will continue to do our best to help promote these events.
