OWU Facilities will conduct state-required fire alarm inspections and tests during spring break, March 10-14, in several campus buildings.
If your building is affected, you do not need to evacuate during testing, but note that alarms may sound and strobe lights flash multiple times.
Testing will begin at 7:30 a.m. each day. Buildings to be tested are:
- Beeghly Library
- Branch Rickey Arena
- Chappelear Drama Center
- Corns Building
- Early Childhood Center
- Edgar Hall
- Edwards Gym / Simpson Querrey Fitness Center
- Elliott Hall
- Haycock 3D Art Building
- Merrick Hall
- Phillips Hall
- Sanborn Hall
- Selby Stadium East & West
- Slocum Hall
- Student Observatory
- Sturges Hall
- University Hall
