Ohio Wesleyan’s semester-long program in Tanzania is accepting applications for its Fall 2025 program. The Tanzania program is open to all majors and minors. Students complete an internship, study Swahili, and take 3 additional courses that explore :
- East African Culture, including travel to national parks such as Ngorongoro crater, Lake Mayara, and Lake Taringire, and a climb of Kilimanjaro. Students also spend two weeks in Zanzibar as part of the program
- African Medical Systems
- Women, Development, and the environment
