OWL Camp is a summer residential (3 weeks) and day (2 weeks) camp for gifted and talented students in grades 5-8 held on the OWU campus each June and July.
Residential Camp Counselor:
- must have completed their college freshman year by June 2025.
- must be available June 6-26, 2025.
- compensation for residential counselors is $2,175 for the three weeks.
- counselors reside in the residence halls with campers; meals are provided during camp sessions.
- Residential applicants are eligible to work in both camps.
Day Camp Counselor:
- must be 16 years old before the 1st day of camp.
- must be available June 30-July 10, 2025.
- compensation for day camp counselors is $820 for the two weeks.
- housing is available at no cost, but not required (counselors under 18 not eligible for housing).
