Mark your calendar for First Friday and these other Main Street Delaware upcoming events:
6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 6 – “Back-to-School Bash” First Friday, featuring a rock-climbing wall, inflatables, local musicians, yard games, and more! The free-for-everyone event also will include classic cars and a dunk tank with brave Delaware educators.
4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 14 – “Hidden Spaces,” featuring a self-guided walking tour of “coming soon” spaces, upper floors, basements, and more gems throughout historic Downtown Delaware! Tickets are $20 per person, with children 10 and under admitted free. Buy tickets online at www.mainstreetdelaware.com or on the day of the event starting at 3:30 p.m. at COhatch Delaware, 18 E. William St. Online ticket purchasers also will pick up their tickets and tour maps at COhatch from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 14.
7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 25 – “Summer on Winter” free music concert, featuring the band RockHouse performing danceable ’80s rock hits outdoors on West Winter Street between North Sandusky and Franklin streets.
9 a.m. to noon every Saturday through Oct. 26 – Main Street Delaware Farmers’ Market, offering fresh, locally grown produce and flowers, and other treats. The market is located on the east side of South Sandusky Street starting at or near the Spring Street intersection.
