Beginning Aug. 5, the Student Mailroom will use a new platform to process packages. Your email notifications will now come from Mailroom Central Receiving. Please do not delete these emails until you have picked up your items. Also, you will not be able to reply to these emails. You will need to FORWARD the email to mailroom@owu.edu to give permission for another student to pick up a package for you. The tracking number will be in the same format you are accustomed to receiving.
August’s Student Mailroom hours are: Aug. 5-14 from 1:30-3 p.m., Aug. 15 from 12:30-3 p.m. On Aug. 16, normal hours will resume, 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
