Nov. 1 is Red & Black Day – Support Our Playoff-Bound Bishops!

Our Battling Bishop student-athletes have had an outstanding fall season – with four teams headed into North Coast Athletic Association tournament play!

We’re asking everyone to proudly wear Red & Black on Wednesday, when the tournament games begin. Three of the games are at OWU, so we hope to see everyone in the stands supporting these dedicated, talented players. Let’s see if we can fill the stands! Here’s the lineup:

Field hockey makes its fourth consecutive North Coast Athletic Conference tournament appearance when the Battling Bishops host Kenyon at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Selby Stadium. The team is undefeated this fall!

Men’s soccer plays Denison at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Jay Martin Soccer Complex. Ohio Wesleyan is the No. 2 seed in the NCAC tournament and is seeking its third national championship.

Women’s soccer battles DePauw at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Jay Martin Soccer Complex. On Oct. 28, the team defeated Denison to win its first conference title since 2011.

Volleyball will travel to Greencastle, Indiana, for the NCAC tournament Nov. 10-11. The Bishops are the No. 2 seed.

OWU students are admitted free to NCAC tournament games with a valid university ID. For others, ticket prices are $7 for adults and $3 for children 18 and under.

Don’t forget to Back the Red & Black and show your OWU colors Wednesday. Go, Bishops!
