Sept. 15 @ Noon – Career-Pathing in the Zoo World

Are you interested in working at a zoo? Then this event is for you! OWU graduate Rachael Robinson has worked in the zoo world since 2006. She is currently the Director of Education at the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden. Prior to this, she worked for 10 years at Zoo Atlanta as the Director of Public Programs. She graduated from OWU in 2004 majoring in Zoology and Environmental Studies, and she holds a Master of Science in environmental education from Lesley University, Audubon Expedition Institute, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is very active in the AZA and is excited to share her story and career pathing advice and suggestions with students. Join Rachel in SCSC 163 on Friday Sept. 15, from 12-1 p.m., pizza lunch provided! Rachael is also having open hours following her talk, from 1-3 p.m. in SCSC 325.
