Nov. 11 @ 6 p.m. – Join HOLD For an Introduction to Toki Pona!

How few words can a language have in order to express any idea? In 2001, linguist Sonja Lang sought to simplify her thoughts during periods of depression, and as a result invented Toki Pona, a constructed language of only 120 words (give or take). Join HOLD in the Stuyvesant Fishbowl to learn a little about the language and then do some fun crafts related to Toki Pona! All are invited to come! There will be snacks!

Start Time: 6:00 p.m.
End Time: 8:00 p.m.

Location: Stuyvesant Hall & Wellness Center, Fishbowl
