T/R 6-7:30 p.m. – Mindfulness Class: Lower Anxiety and Stress

A fun and transformational class for everyone looking to find more peace and confidence. You’ll be part of guided meditations, breath work, crystal bowl meditations, working with the labyrinth and trees, and much more! A great way to spend 2 evenings a week and get credit!
