Leadership Fellows serve as peer mentors to OWU student organization leaders. The goal of the Fellows program is to support and ensure student organizations are as successful as possible. Each Leadership Fellow will be assigned to a student organization category (or multiple categories) to provide education and support. They will direct student leaders to resources, host consultation meetings, and support event planning to ensure organizations have the tools they need to succeed and thrive at OWU!
Fellowships are unpaid although they provide an opportunity for personal growth and development, and an opportunity to expand transferable skills
