The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) seeks energetic and enthusiastic participants interested in making a positive impact on the next generation of Bishops! Mentors for the OMSA Bridge Program serve as important ambassadors and role-models to incoming first-year participants. Mentors will help participants develop lasting relationships; learn how to navigate Ohio Wesleyan; and empower participants with important tools for their personal success.
What is a Bridge Peer Mentor?
Peer mentors are upper division students who serve as mentors to first year participants. Peer mentors work with first-year participants during the Bridge Program, to help them adjust to life in college.
