SourcePoint seeks feedback from Delaware County residents of all ages through an online survey. The survey is part of SourcePoint’s strategic planning process, which helps identify the opportunities and challenges the aging Delaware County community is facing currently and over the next five years. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and responses are anonymous and compiled by a third-party consultant.
The survey is available Jan. 10 through Jan. 31 at MySourcePoint.org/survey. Upon completing the survey, participants can submit contact information for a chance to win one of five $50 Amazon or Kroger gift cards.
