In partnership with the Delaware Public Health District, we will be holding a COVID vaccination booster shot clinic on Friday, Nov. 12, from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. The clinic will be held in the Zook Nook on the first floor of HWCC. This is the location where we provide COVID testing services.
If you previously received the J&J Vaccine, you are eligible for a booster shot 2 months after your initial dosage. If you received the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, you are eligible for a booster shot 6 months after your second dosage.
You must register ahead of time and select an appointment time before Nov. 12. To register, please complete this form. The code you should use to view the form is flucovid2021.
They will provide a booster for whichever FDA-approved COVID vaccine you have already received. Please click here for more information about booster shots. Those who received a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization, but not yet by the FDA here in the U.S. can receive an FDA-approved booster shot.
