OUR NEW GOLD is a digital theatre & film festival based on texts from the Spanish Golden Age. OUR NEW GOLD starts May 7, and continues through May 11 and 15!
This project is sponsored by a Theory to Practice Grant from Ohio Wesleyan University, and is directed by Paula Rodríguez, supervised by Prof. Glenda Nieto-Cuebas, featuring Jasmine Lew, Fiona Hansen and Marcos Crespo.
The 10 pieces that OWU students Jasmine Lew, Fiona Hansen, and Marcos Crespo have created will be shared over three days of Zoom events, spaced throughout the week of May 7. Each event will have a theme; The first event will include pieces that the students acted in, the second event will include abstract pieces that the students edited, and the third event will include pieces that the students directed other actors in.
