Tonight, Wednesday, Sept. 16, at 7 p.m., Rachel Bitecofer, Ph.D., elections researcher and public policy expert, will discuss “Fear and Loathing in the 2020 Election: The Negative Partisanship Forecast Model” via Zoom.
As part of her analysis, Bitecofer created an election-forecasting model that accurately predicted the 2018 midterms five months before they occurred. She now turns her attention to what some are calling the most important election of our lifetimes.
