The Student Involvement Office is thrilled to be accepting applications for the second cohort for the Nancy Bihl Rutkowski (NBR) Leadership Fellowship! This program enables Ohio Wesleyan students to learn leadership theory and then apply their knowledge by practicing leadership in their communities and observing it in the workplace. This program prepares students for the complex challenges facing leaders. The fall semester consists of a learning leadership curriculum and the spring semester is an off-campus practicum experience. This year-long, cohort-style program will begin fall 2024 and students can apply here. The application deadline is Friday, April 19.
