OWU employees who received wages during 2018 are now able to pick up their 2018 W-2 & 1095-C forms in the Human Resource Office (University Hall, Room 003). You will need to come in person and bring a photo ID. These documents will be available for pick up beginning Mon., Jan. 21, 2019 through Fri., Jan. 25, 2019. All remaining forms will be mailed through USPS to the home address recorded in the ADP Portal.
In addition to the paper forms, employees are able to access the electronic forms immediately in the ADP Portal. They are found under the following menu path: MYSELF > PAY > ANNUAL STATEMENTS.
