Are you interested in entrepreneurship? Do you have a big idea? Calling all OWU Students! Apply for Pitch OWU and Big Problem Challenge, sponsored by The Woltemade Center!
If you have an innovative and original idea, you are encouraged to apply to compete in The Woltemade Center’s annual pitch competitions.
Compete against peers across various disciplines to pitch your idea to a panel of judges; the top three teams or individuals will receive funding to help grow their ventures. Students can apply individually or as a team. There is a maximum of four team members per team. All majors are encouraged to apply.
Application Deadline: Feb. 10, 2026
Competition Date: Feb. 26, 2026, during the OWU Connection Conference
The Prize: The Woltemade Center will award a $3,000 prize to the individual or team who presents the overall best solution at the Pitch OWU or Woltemade Big Problem Challenge on Feb. 26, 2026.
