We had the pleasure of hearing about Cuba’s urban garden movement on Wednesday afternoon in Philips Hall, as Dr. Sinan Koont visited OWU and spoke about his work in this area. There are many fascinating things about the movement, not the least of which are the array of factors that needed to be in place for the movement to enjoy the success that it has.
