About Us

For nearly 100 years, The OWL has showcased Ohio Wesleyan’s best works of undergraduate literature. Edited and hand-designed by undergraduates through the Literary Editing course in the English department, The OWL exemplifies OWU’s diverse and creative community. The OWL publishes all types of writing and art: fiction, non-fiction, poetry, visual art, research, translations, playwriting, screenwriting, and much more! We strive to provide a platform for emerging writers and artists of all backgrounds and majors to share their unique visions with the world. Take the leap and you might just soar!
