Greetings, Family and Friends of New OWU Students. The Student Mailroom is an important part of student life here at Ohio Wesleyan University. This is the main hub for students to receive letters and packages from family, friends, and online shopping vendors. We deliver letter mail to each student’s assigned keyed mailbox for pickup at their convenience. Packages are held in the mailroom, and students will be notified via their OWU email that it is ready for pickup.

Please do not use the university address (61 S. Sandusky St.) or housing address (name of the student’s residential facility), as this will cause a delay in processing packages. When a package is processed, students will receive an email from Mailroom Receiving. They should keep this email until they have picked up the package. An automated email will be sent for each package containing the tracking number. Students must present their student ID (we recommend taking a photo of your ID and saving it on your phone) or another valid form of photo ID to collect their package. If the student cannot pick up the item, the recipient may FORWARD the email notice to mailroom@owu.edu and provide us with the name of the person who will be picking the item up for them (remind that person to have their photo ID).
Mailroom hours are 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday during the school year and closed on OWU Holidays.
