Challenge Cards (Find Your &#8220;Why&#8221;):<\/b> Instead of asking &#8220;What job do you want?&#8221;, this interactive tool asks, <i>&#8220;What problems in the world do you want to solve?&#8221;<\/i> Playing Challenge Cards helps students explore big-picture ideas, identify the real-world challenges they care about, and see how those passions can map to future careers.<\/li>\n<li><b>2. PathwayU Assessment (Find Your Fit):<\/b> This comprehensive assessment takes a deep dive into a student\u2019s unique profile\u2014analyzing their <b>Interests, Values, Personality, and Preferred Workplace<\/b>. It then offers ideas about specific academic majors and career opportunities that align with these traits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why Use These Tools Together?<\/b> Real career direction can happen where personal values and real-world impact meet.
