As we prepare for the start of the academic year at OWU, we want to share important information regarding the use of Generative AI (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).<\/p>\n
At OWU, we value human-centered learning and the learning process. AI is a tool to augment, not replace, human intellect, creativity, and the development of a student’s unique voice. To ensure these tools support rather than replace a student’s own critical thinking and skill-building, OWU has established a Generative AI Policy.<\/p>\n
Here is what you need to know:<\/b><\/p>\n Understanding these guidelines early is the best way to avoid unintentional academic trouble.
