If they would like to receive their 1098-T form electronically, please ask them to give consent by following the link provided below and following the step-by-step instructions. 1098-Ts will be provided by the end of January 2026. If electronic consent is not received by\u00a0<strong>January 1, 2026<\/strong>, the 1098-T will be mailed to the current address on file. The benefits to receiving electronic notification are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online delivery provides access to the form 1098-T earlier than the traditional mailing process.<\/li>\n<li>Online delivery eliminates the chance that the 1098-T will get lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery, or misplaced once you receive it.<\/li>\n<li>Signing up for online delivery is easy and secure.<\/li>\n<li>Students can receive their 1098-T form while traveling or away from their home address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To give consent to receive the 1098-T form electronically, the student should click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1759419630306000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1ShuZh7Y0LxjfjBrQUIxOL\">https:\/\/heartland.ecsi.net\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>At the top right of the page click\u00a0<strong>Register<\/strong>\u00a0to create a profile. If they already have a profile, click\u00a0<strong>Sign In<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Once logged into their account.
