{"id":2360,"date":"2025-02-05T12:17:54","date_gmt":"2025-02-05T17:17:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.owu.edu\/newsforowufamilies\/?p=2360"},"modified":"2025-02-05T12:17:54","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T17:17:54","slug":"owu-connection-conference-february-27","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.owu.edu\/newsforowufamilies\/owu-connection-conference-february-27\/","title":{"rendered":"OWU Connection Conference &#8211; February 27"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Your student will engage in a dynamic day of learning and self-discovery on Thursday, February 27, at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.owu.edu\/academics\/the-owu-connection\/owu-connection-conference\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.owu.edu\/academics\/the-owu-connection\/owu-connection-conference\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1738861784929000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1FH7eglGQ_7iUyoWagur01\">Spring Connection Conference<\/a>.\u00a0 The Fall Conference was a time for students to learn what the OWU Connection is all about and share their own Connection Experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Students will plan their journey at the Spring Conference, participate in Connection-focused advising and mentoring sessions, attend the Career &amp; Summer Internship Fair, hear from faculty at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.owu.edu\/about\/i-qubed-lectures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.owu.edu\/about\/i-qubed-lectures\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1738861784929000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0uPok4ByjFMQIlqtA3YWiX\">i\u00b3 Lectures<\/a>, and more!<\/p>\n<p>Is your student undeclared?\u00a0 Encourage them to attend Exploration with Purpose and Making the Connection sessions at 9 AM, 10 AM, &amp; 1 PM, specifically designed for Ambitious Self-Discovery for Undeclared Majors. Upperclassmen will mentor students on linking their passions to majors and majors to OWU Connection Experiences.
