Competitive."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.owu.edu\/resources\/bishop-launch-progam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/careers.owu.edu\/resources\/bishop-launch-progam\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1723130567243000&amp;usg=AOvVaw323adSrLVbIz3LWXZQdMox\">Bishop Launch Program (BLP)<\/a> is an intern development program designed to help students professionalize their internship\/job search experience.\u00a0 Offered in the fall semester only, BLP is open to students of all majors who have been on campus for 1 year and are sophomores, juniors, or seniors. By attending a series of professional development workshops and working with a coach 1:1 to develop a resume and have a mock interview, students will gain the confidence, skills, and strategies needed to be internship\/job-ready. Students who successfully complete BLP receive a $200 Professional Dress Award and a certificate.
