As the end of the school year approaches, students may be cleaning out their dorm rooms or apartments and discarding some items. We would appreciate the donation of kitchen items needed for our new cooking class at OWjL Camp this summer. If you have any of these items that you would like to donate to us, please let us know. We will also place a box outside our office in Hayes Hall in the back of the lobby.<\/p>\n

\u2013 cutting knives \u2013 preferably chef\u2019s knives, paring size would also be okay<\/div>\n
\u2013 cutting boards<\/div>\n
\u2013 mixing bowls \u2013 preferably glass<\/div>\n
\u2013 measuring cups<\/div>\n
\u2013 measuring spoons<\/div>\n
\u2013 wooden spoons<\/div>\n
\u2013 spatula \u2013 the kind used to scrape a bowl<\/div>\n
\u2013 spatula \u2013 kind used to cook food<\/div>\n
\u2013 sauce pans with lids<\/div>\n
\u2013 frying pan, ideally 9-10\u2033<\/div>\n
\u2013 drying racks<\/div>\n
\u2013 colanders<\/div>\n
\u2013 liquid measuring cup, preferably glass<\/div>\n
\u2013 induction burners<\/div>\n
\u2013 cookie sheets, ideally aluminum<\/div>\n
\u2013 metal cooking racks<\/div>\n
