OWjL is a summer residential camp for gifted\/talented students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades held on the OWU campus each June. Requirements to be a Head Counselor: – Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. – Experience supervising staff in a professional setting. – Other qualities: Creative, organized, flexible, and enthusiastic. – Be available to meet as needed before camp in-person or through Zoom. – Be available all of June 2024. – Apply by November 10, 2023.
