All payments to students (refunds on their account, awards they receive, etc.) are done through Nelnet. Payments are issued via check by default to the student’s permanent address. Please note that Nelnet cannot mail checks to international addresses. If the student prefers payment via direct deposit into a bank account, they need to follow the Setting up Refund Methods instructions found at setting-up-refund-methods.pdf (owu.edu)
