Doubt: A Parable Doubt: A Parable, a play written by John Patrick Shanley Performance dates February 27 – March 1, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. and March 1-2, 2025 at 2 p.m. Directed by Brad Sadler Doubt by John Patrick Shanley won the 2005 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award. From the back of the Dramatists Play Service edition of the script- “Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects the young Father Flynn of improper relations with one of the male students.” The play takes place at St. Nicolas Catholic Church and School in the Bronx, NY, in 1964. The Spitfire Grill The Spitfire Grill, a musical by by Fred Alley and James Valcq based on the film by David Lee Zlotoff Performance dates April 10-12, 18-19 at 7:30 p.m. and 20 at 2 p.m. Directed by Lusie Cuskey, Music Directed by Jennifer Whitehead A young woman running from her past seeks refuge in a town with no future. The highway and the rest of the world seem to have passed Gilead and its citizens by, but through Percy’s presence they learn that even the smallest ember of hope can be enough to bring light to the darkness. A story of grace, forgiveness, and the power of community set to a folk score.
