- Be an Ohio resident
- Be a full-time undergraduate student at an OFIC member campus during the full 2026-2027 academic year
- Maintain a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA
- Submit a current, unofficial transcript within the application
- Complete FAFSA and submit your Submission Summary
