News for OWU Families is a digest of communications sent to parents and families of current Ohio Wesleyan students. It is also available at owu.edu/newsforfamilies.

These monthly messages will be sent to parents and families of current students in the first week of each month, unless otherwise noted in the calendar below. Please submit posts on the Friday before each monthly issue.

February 3, 2027 – Jan. 29 deadline
March 3, 2027 – Feb. 26 deadline
April 7, 2027 – Apr. 2 deadline (Commencement News Section)
May 5, 2027 – Apr. 30 deadline (Commencement News Section)
June 2, 2027 – May 27 deadline (Early deadline on Thursday)

All posts should be submitted by an OWU faculty or staff member or a current student submitting on behalf of a University office. Content should be appropriate for all families of current students. If you have questions about News for OWU Families or want to postpone, cancel, or edit a submission, please email newsforfamilies@owu.edu.
