The address for all student mail/packages is: Student Name, OWU HWCC Box#, 40 Rowland Ave., Delaware, OH 43015. Do not use the University address (61 S. Sandusky St.) or housing address, as this will cause a delay in your item being processed.
Incoming first-year student packages are being processed as they are received. When a package is processed, you will receive an email from Mailroom Central Receiving. Do not discard this email until you have picked up the package. You will receive an email for each package, the email will contain the tracking number (this begins with OWU followed by a number) that you will give to the mailroom staff to retrieve your package. You must show your student ID (we recommend taking a picture of it and saving it on your phone) or another form of photo ID to pick up your package.
If you cannot pick up the item you may FORWARD the email to mailroom@owu.edu and provide us with the name of the person who will be picking the item up for you (remind that person to have their photo ID.)
August hours:
- 1st-closed
- 4th-6th: 1:30-3pm
- 7th & 8th: closed
- 11th-13th: 1:30-3pm.
- 14th, normal hours resume, 11:30-3:30 Monday – Friday.
